Important Information!
  • Band Camp 2011.
  • ALL PERFORMANCES AND REHEARSALS ARE GRADED. ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED.
  • In 2010, band fees will be due on JULY 30, 2010*. Fees will be $195.00, which include band camp fees (includes DCI ticket!), uniform cleaning and maintenance costs for the year ,  black patent shoes, and band shirt.  
  • As always, if you have a problem, please call the band office @ 875-2521, or email us .
  • Night rehearsals are every Tuesday, 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM, AND performances every Friday throughout the marching season. Please keep these evenings free.
  • NOTE: There may be additional rehearsals called. STUDENTS are given plenty of "lead time" for these rehearsals. Weekly schedules are posted in the bandhall on Monday mornings. ATTENDENCE IS REQUIRED & GRADED.

  • Please be prompt in picking up your student from rehearsals and performances.

* if need be, uniform fees may be paid in two separate payments. Please contact the band office for assistance.


List of Additional Materials Needed

  • Pair of black, Dockers or Dickies type pants for "hot" games (no jeans)
  • Pair of "soccer-type" shorts (for under uniform)
  • Black full-length socks FOR BOTH UNIFORMs
  • Athletic type shoes & SOCKS REQUIRED for rehearsals & class.
  •  LYRE FOR INSTRUMENT & FLIP FOLDER (10 windows min.)
  • Percussion... 3-ring binder w/ plastic sheet covers
