ALL PERFORMANCES AND REHEARSALS ARE GRADED. ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED.

In 2011, band fees will be due on JULY 29, 2011*. Fees will be $195.00, which include band camp fees (includes DCI ticket!), uniform cleaning and maintenance costs for the year , black patent shoes, and band shirt. $20 WILL BE COLLECTED IN THE SPRING SEMESTER FOR DCI TICKET.

Night rehearsals are every Tuesday, 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM, AND performances every Friday throughout the marching season. Please keep these evenings free.

NOTE: There may be additional rehearsals called. STUDENTS are given plenty of "lead time" for these rehearsals. Weekly schedules are posted in the bandhall on Monday mornings. ATTENDENCE IS REQUIRED & GRADED.

Please be prompt in picking up your student from rehearsals and performances.
* if need be, uniform fees may be paid in two separate payments. Please contact the band office for assistance.

Pair of black, Dockers or Dickies type pants for "hot" games (no jeans)

GRADE RESPONSIBILITIES
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS AND REQUIREMENTS
MUST BE MET FOR SUCCESSFUL GRADES.
ALL MUSIC PROPERLY PREPARED AND SHOW MUSIC MEMORIZED.
o THIS ITEM REQUIRES DAILY PRACTICE AT HOME
o INSTRUMENT IN PROPER WORKING ORDER.
ATTENDANCE AT ALL REHEARSALS & PERFORMANCES REQUIRED
o Absences excused only for illness or emergencies
o Must be followed up with documentation (email PREFERRED)
OSHS DOES NOT CHARGE RENTAL FEES. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENT/STUDENT
